SCIENTISTS NOW HAVE A VOICE ON OUR SITE — CHONDROMETRICS LAUNCHES VIDEO LIBRARY

What happens to joints in outer space? How do bones learn to listen? And what matters about AI interfaces in MSK research? These may not be questions you expect when visiting the Chondrometrics website, but they are a good reason to stay a little longer.

We are pleased to introduce our new Video Library by Sharif Karimi (Website) and Antonia Schumann (Interviews), a dedicated space for focused conversations with leading experts in osteoarthritis imaging, musculoskeletal research, and beyond. The interviews bring the most interesting research questions, scientific perspectives, and the people directly to your screen.

Sometimes, a few minutes of conversation can tell more than a wall of text. Hearing a researcher explain what fascinates them, which questions remain unanswered, or where they see their field heading adds something that a written summary cannot convey. And it is of course nice being able to put a face to the message.

So far, we have put together three series of videos:

1. Meet our Members: Insights into our Scientific Advisory Board (October 2025 in Freilassing, Germany)
2. The Leopoldina Symposium: Interviews with our Invited Speakers (October 2025 in Salzburg, Austria; featured by and copyright held by Paracelsus Medical University)
3. The International Workshop of OA Imaging: Conversations with speakers invited to the 20th IWOAI Workshop (June 2026 in Munich; featured by and copyright held by ISOAI)

This is just the start; stay tuned for more!

For us at Chondrometrics, this is a natural extension of the continuing discussions we enjoy with colleagues at scientific meetings and through our collaborations. The Video Library offers a way to share some of that resource with a wider audience, and we hope this will provide fresh perspectives for early-career and experienced researchers in the field.

We warmly thank our interview partners for sharing their time, expertise, and enthusiasm.

Take a look, choose the topics that catches your interest, and meet the person exploring it.
